1- In his will, dated October 20, 1904, Haj Iskandar Khan Yavar has appointed Aqa Mir Asad Allah and Aqa Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Aqa Mirza Mahdi Khan Muntasir Lashkar the executors of his and his wife's wills and Mulla Isma‘il Shaykh al-Islam as their overseer.
